All of the services provided by Worldwide Vacation are subject to the following conditions:

  1. This is a European retail site. Non-Euro residents may be subject to a non-sterling purchase/transaction fee applied by their bank/card provider.
  2. This promotion is serviced and administered by Worldwide Vacation. These offers are not valid in conjunction with any other discount offer / promotional weeks may not be used by any company or individual involved in any way with its distribution. Worldwide Vacation does not offer any warranty for any services provided by the resorts or hoteliers associated with this promotion. Worldwide Vacation is not accountable for any services provided by the resorts or hoteliers associated with this promotion.
  3. Please be aware no claims will be honoured or acknowledged outside these terms and conditions.
  4. Please be advised that once you have booked your flights for this accommodation package you must contact customer services on 0800 102 6489 and supply your full flight details. Your chosen resort will need your flight information to secure your reservation. Please be aware failure in supplying all your flight details could result in either the cancellation of your accommodation or extra charges being incurred once you arrive at the hotel or resort.
  5. Please be aware we sometimes sell our accommodation packages to clientele who have holiday ownership products i.e. timeshare weeks/points and holiday packs. If you fall into this category then please make customer services aware of your ownership details. Failure in supplying customer services with this information may result in the cancellation of your holiday or extra charges being incurred whilst on your holiday.
  6. It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and any visa that may be necessary. If you need to apply for a new 10-year passport, please do so at least 12 weeks prior to departure. Any children under 16 who are not included on a valid 10-year passport will need to hold their own passport when traveling abroad. Worldwide Vacation will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of the passport or visa not being produced for travel. City breaks and cruises are provided by Worldwide Vacation for access only. They are serviced by independent companies and Worldwide Vacation take no responsibility for the service of these offers.
  7. Please note that cruises and European city breaks have additional terms which are specific to that item. They may, for example, state that the ticket is non-cancellable or non-refundable, and have other information relating to itinerary and refunds. You are responsible for complying with any airline's terms in relation to check-in times, reconfirmation of flights or other matters. In relation to flight tickets, you are required to use all flight coupons in order of sequence. If this requirement is not met the airline may void the ticket.
  8. When you purchase anything from us or give us any personal data as indicated above, we may need to collect information about you to process the transaction, fulfill your order and provide you with the services you expect then and in the future. This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your address, your phone number and your credit card details. This information will be kept secure and is bound by our confidentially codes.
  9. The person making the booking (lead passenger) must be aged 25 years or over and must accept responsibility for all members of the party traveling. It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passengers that may affect their ability to travel. Particular regard should be paid to the following; a) criminal offences and b) previous deportations from the country/countries that you are visiting.
  10. All self-catering accommodation at Worldwide Vacation resorts and hotels are of a very high standard and applicants occupying such apartments are liable for any deliberate, or accidental, damage or loss. All resorts will require a key deposit payable by a recognised credit card for all accommodation (refundable on departure) and damage will be charged to the credit card.
  11. Worldwide Vacation does not accept liability for any changed, loss delays, injuries/deaths, accidents or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences and conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, act of god, nature, sickness, strikes, local customs, law and politics, wilful or negligent acts and/or omissions of any other person of companies who are not employees or authorised agents of Worldwide Vacation.
  12. If during the period of this offer, there is either change in the resort criteria, or in your personal circumstances, the Terms and Conditions will apply, in that you, as the client, will not qualify for a refund or any form of compensation. Any changes to, or cancellation of a confirmed booking will result in either an administration charge or the loss of the holiday.
  13. Supplemental charges will apply to certain Hotels/Resorts, further information can be obtained at point of booking.
  14. You undertake to us that the details you give to us are correct and in particular that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service. In order to ensure that the payment details are your own, we may ask you certain security questions such as the 3-digit CVV code on the reverse of your credit card.
  15. We primarily deal with one-week stays in one-bedroom self-catering apartments, except for UK destinations which are short breaks. It is possible to upgrade your holiday to a two-week stay and / or two-bedroom apartment. These upgrades are not always possible and maybe subject to additional charges and availability.
  16. All arrangements are subject to the conditions imposed by participating resorts and Worldwide Vacation do not accept responsibility for their faults or the negligence of others.
  17. Some of our contracted resorts have criteria which must be met for you to travel. You may be limited to which resorts you can travel to, depending on your circumstances.
  18. Two of the passengers named must be the qualified redeeming couple. You may apply to change names three and four in writing only prior to any offer of a holiday being made.
  19. Whilst on your break you will be required by the resort, hotelier or marketer to attend a products and services appointment, a time will be agreed with you on arrival or prior to your stay. During the appointment the marketing team will discuss with you their products and services. Please be aware you are under no obligation to buy or enter into any contract but you must attend the products and services appointment. Failure to do so without an agreed upon reason will result in you paying the full rental cost of your accommodation.
  20. Prior to all arrangements Worldwide Vacation vets appointed resorts, destinations and associate companies. These Worldwide Vacation holidays are planned in advance. If, in between the planning and holiday time, circumstances beyond Worldwide Vacation's control change, Worldwide Vacation reserve the right to vary and/or substitute the itineraries and any components of the holiday offer.
  21. Worldwide Vacation has, and will, persevere to give optimum services by selecting and contracting high quality holiday resorts, agents and suppliers for their standards and credibility. Worldwide Vacation reserves the right to substitute or provide alternative accommodation of a similar standard due to any unforeseen circumstances.
  22. Worldwide Vacation accommodation which is booked on a flexi week basis, can only be organised using the active resorts on our website, https://www.worldwidevacation.co.uk. Verbal claims from sales agents or alternative marketers as advised on the company website are subject to avilablity on destinations available will only be honoured if our customer services have availability.
  23. We strongly advise you to carry appropriate travel insurance to cover you for resort cancellation, health, baggage etc. You need to take all reasonable care to protect yourself and your property, as you would if you were not insured. Worldwide Vacation will not be held responsible for you not having adequate insurance.
  24. Unless we have your express consent we will only disclose personal data to third parties if this is required for the purpose of completing your transaction with us. This is of course subject to the proviso that we may disclose your data to certain permitted third parties, such as members of our own group, our own professional advisers who are bound by confidentiality codes, and when we are legally obliged to disclose your data. You authorise us to contact you with future promotions.
  25. On all our flexible Worldwide Vacation you may have opportunity if you wish to upgrade your standard of accommodation or extend your stay whether it is for an extra day or week. Please be aware a small booking fee will be implemented on any request.
  26. If, for whatever reason, it is necessary for you to cancel your accommodation you must contact customer services at your earliest convenience to make them aware of the cancellation. Failure to do so may result in paying the full rental price on the accommodation you had reserved.
  27. Clients are required to activate their purchase for use, whether that be by signing/returning the activation forms or activating online digitally via our website, we ask that you aim to do this within 14 days of your purchase date. However, if this has not been done within 8 weeks of the purchase date, the company reserves the right to cancel the service forthwith, without recompense.

Confidentiality
The contents of this communication, as well as all attached documentation, is confidential and is only meant for the person to whom it is addressed. Should you not be the addressee, we ask that you inform us and do not reveal its contents to third parties, and that you destroy it. Thank you.

By registering on our site, you agree to abide by all of our terms of service and confirm that you are over the age of 18, or operating under parental supervision. In order to maintain a safe and helpful community for our users, we may suspend or remove, without notice, any user that we suspect of violating our terms, the rights of our users, or otherwise negatively impacting the service we provide. All decisions regarding inappropriate conduct and use of the site are solely ours.

Terms of Use

  3. Once a purchase is made we may need to collect information about you to process the transaction, fulfil your order and provide you with the services you expect then and in the future. This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your address, your phone number and your credit card details. This information will be kept secure and is bound by our confidentiality codes.
  4. Worldwide Vacation offers its services over a 12 month period.  Thereafter members will be subject to an annual concierge fee, variable dependent on the package purchased.  This covers any and all services provided by Worldwide Vacation.  The first years service is free of charge for all NEW products purchased, however, the annual fee will continue to apply to all UPGRADED services.  All subsequent charges will be taken yearly automatically on or around the anniversary of the date of 1st purchase at the live euro conversion rate of the day.
  5. Unless we have your express consent we will only disclose personal data to third parties if this is required for the purpose of completing your transaction with us. This is of course subject to the proviso that we may disclose your data to certain permitted third parties, such as members of our own group, our own professional advisers who are bound by confidentiality codes, and when we are legally obliged to disclose your data.
  6. Worldwide Vacation's packages gives you access to worldwide holidays and as a registered Travel Agent has access to discounts of the full spectrum of travel related services - these discounts by their very nature are variable and Worldwide Vacation cannot guarantee any percentages off the services we provide.
  7. Worldwide Vacation reserves the right to make changes to the policies, products and services described in this confirmation pack and also the website at any time without notice. Anyone who uses, or makes decisions based on this information, does so at their own risk. By accessing the website, the user agrees to hold Worldwide Vacation and it's affiliates blameless against any claims for damages arising from any decisions that the user makes based on this information.
  8. Any and all vouchers or incentives that were issued with the purchased package can be viewed, alongside their respective terms and conditions, by logging into your account using the username and password contained herein.
  9. Signed documentation is required for purchases to be activated for use, whether this is via online activation or as a signed activation document. We ask that you complete this within 14 days of receipt of confirmation. If after 8 weeks we have still not received the requisite signed documents the service will be cancelled forthwith without recompense
  10. Worldwide Vacation works with a multitude of agents, operators and marketers to ensure we achieve the most competitive prices for our clients. There are strict guidelines that we follow however to ensure that the holidays we booked for our clients meet our stringent guidelines on consumer protection and subsequently there are companies that we will not use however due to their lack of booking protection.

Holiday Ownership Terms & Conditions (The following terms only apply if a property is registered with Worldwide Vacation)

  1. Worldwide Vacation is a registered Travel Agent and a For-Sale-By-Owner advertising company that is not a real estate broker.
  2. You must be legally able to rent, exchange or sell the property(ies), or designated time period for the property you post for sale, exchange or rent on our web site. You must describe your unit accurately in your posting.
  3. We reserve the right to remove any information that does not belong on a page, or to otherwise limit a user's ability to post.
  4. If Worldwide Vacation initiates contact with our client and there is no response within seven (7) business days, Worldwide Vacation has the right to discontinue advertising, the ads will be put back up upon notification from the owner.
  5. Worldwide Vacation forwards all inquires about properties directly to the client, and allows the client to negotiate the rent, exchange or sale of a property without the involvement of any broker.
  6. During your service period the owner has no contractual obligation to rent/sell their weeks during this service period and Worldwide Vacation has no contractual obligation to sell or rent the week(s)/points in question.
  7. All properties listed on our web site are posted by the property owner or owners. Worldwide Vacation does not represent, or act, for either the buyer or the seller. We do act as an intermediary between the prospective parties to a transaction. Worldwide Vacation and its affiliates are not responsible for the content of any advertised property on our web site or the accuracy of the advertisements on the web site and assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misrepresentation. Owners of the properties assume full responsibility for any and all properties offered for sale, for rent, or for exchange.
  8. An agreement to have a week(s) rented by Worldwide Vacation for an agreed fee constitutes an agreement that all maintenance will be up date at the time of the rental and the week(s) will have nothing to prevent guests of our choosing using the week(s) in the stead of the owners. Failure to keep up with maintenance payments or to otherwise prevent the rental from being taken by guests of our choosing after an agreed sum has been paid is in contravention of the original agreement and in such instances a refund of the original amount paid will be due to Worldwide Vacation.
  9. In the event that we rent a property all bank transfers to clients made by Worldwide Vacation are subject to a 5%(approx) charge that the client is liable to pay. This charge will be automatically deducted by the bank from the amount transferred by Worldwide Vacation to the client.


Security

We take every precaution to protect your personal information. We only allow  access to the customer database when absolutely necessary, and then under  strict guidelines as to what use may be made of such details. We may ask you for proof of identity before disclosing any personal information to you.

Surveys

We always aim to improve the services we offer. As a result we may occasionally canvas our customers using surveys. Participation in surveys is voluntary, and  you are under no obligation to reply to any survey you might receive from us. Should you choose to do so, we will treat the information you provide with the  same high standard of care as all other customer information.
