Set in its own grounds Caddon View is a beautiful decorated Victorian house built in the 1850's which has a newly opened cafe in our refurbished conservatory, showcasing the best of the South Of Scotland's ingredients with a little (a lot) of fun along the way. The Sitooterie offers a wide range of Breakfasts, Lunches, Main Meals, Teas, Coffees and Cakes, all inspired by fresh, seasonal locally sourced ingredients. We let the Produce do the talking and there always freshly made scones available for all of our clients too ! We have 8 individually decorated and comfortable rooms, an elegant drawing room, where there is always a homely, freshly lit fire when its cold and a breakfast room, where guests can eat a delicous, freshly cooked breakfast each morning We are situated in Innerleithen, in the Tweed Valley near Peebles and Glentress, in the Scottish Borders and we hope that you will come and visit this quiet and undiscovered corner of Scotland
